A seguito del trasloco,e dei tanti spostamenti,non sono mai riuscita a fare le foto alla <a href="http://www.polenghigroup.it/it/l_artigianalita/431/432/">panna cotta</a> ,che ho provato,ma che è stata apprezzata veramente da tutti.<br />
Oggi,nella mia nuova casetta,ho finalmente provato la <a href="http://www.polenghigroup.it/it/l_artigianalita/431/432/">torta soffice al limone</a><br />

<br /><br />Eh sì,l'araba ha sempre ricette sfiziose ,così ho deciso di provare anche questo suo gelato,che ha bisogno di pochi,pochissimi ingredienti,e che non necessita l'utilizzo della gelatiera.<br /><br />Gli ingredienti occorrenti sono:<br /><br /><br /><br /><br />-una lattina di latte condensato zuccherato da 397 gr<br />-500 ml di panna fresca da montare<br />-estratto di vaniglia, un cucchiaino pieno <br />-2cucchiai di liquore tipo Vov oppure Bourbon (io ho usato due cucchiai di Whiskey)<br /><br />Mescolare in una ciotola il latte condensato con la vaniglia ed il liquore.<br />A parte montare la panna molto soda, quindi unire con delicatezza i due composti mescolando dal basso verso l'altro cercando di non smontare troppo il tutto.<br /><br />Versare in uno stampo a piacere il composto ottenuto e lasciar riposare almeno otto ore in freezer.<div>

Paolettahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/03916448844733402257noreply@blogger.com2tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1041117831059162683.post-89340596940891228822013-07-29T13:16:00.002-07:002013-07-29T13:16:42.964-07:00I whoopies di Renato1 mesetto fa ho acquistato il tappetino per i whoopies.<br />Fino a quel giorno,non sapevo nemmeno della loro esistenza,ma pochi minuti prima,Renato aveva postato una torta con questi dolcetti come accompagnamento.<br />Fatto sta che gironzolando sul web...tadannnnnnnnnnn,guarda là,mi appare sotto gli occhi sto tappetino.<br />Mi son detta:sarà un segno del destino!<br />E dopo 5 minuti il tappetino era già comprato.<br />All'interno della confezione c'è la ricetta di Renato.<br />L'altra sera,per fare una sorpresa al mio amore che tornava dal lavoro,ho deciso di farli.<br />Ho chiesto a Renato se potevo pubblicare la ricetta,perchè è vero che è commercializzata nel tappetino,ma è anche vero,che un'altra persona avrebbe potuto rispondermi di no.<br />La ricetta solo per chi comprava il tappetino.<br />Invece il boss mi ha dato l'ok e quindi provvedo nell'immediato immediatamente.<br /><span style="color: purple;">Ingredienti </span>per un tappetino e quindi 12 dolcetti da accoppiare (6 whoopies) :<br /><br />-70 g di farina 00<br />-50 g di maizena<br />-100 g di zucchero semolato<br />-30 g di cacao amaro<br />-1 uovo<br />-70 ml di latte<br />-40 g di yogurt bianco magro<br />-50 g di burro<br />-g di miele<br />-g di lievito per dolci<br />-1 pizzico di sale<br />-1 pizzico di vaniglia<br /><br /><div>
